Return Policy

We want all our PGHers to be satisfied with their orders. We’ll only exchange or refund your order if the ítem is defective or in bad condition within 7 days of purchase. To return or exchange, the product will have no signs of having been worn.

Returns/Exchanges MUST be accompanied by the original box or package and include any accessories that were delivered in the order. The product must be in the same condition in which it was when it left our facility. It is important that you contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase to inform us of your intention to return the product. There is a restocking fee of $5. 

How to return/change your orders:

1. Contact us of your intention to return/exchange the product.

2. The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

3. PGH will refund the cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping and restocking fee within     10 business days of reciept.
